I've got this in the oven right now!!! This will be going in my homemade soy yoghurt tonight for dessert (thank you Jill🙂) and in my oat groats for breakfast. I didn't have almonds or dried apple so I added sunflower seeds, 1/4 c oil-free dried tart cherries and 1/4 cup of goji berries. I used maple extract since I was out of vanilla. I can smell it now!!! We love you, Jill. Thank you!!!😍

Yummy. Must try this one. I usually just add date syrup and cinnamon and bake for about 10 minutes. Lasts for ages.
So when you save some for starter, do you use it and add more yogurt pills and same amount of milk and process like before?

It is delicious but my rather new non-stick pan wasn't flipping all that well so I either have to use some oil or try again with perhaps a lower temperature?? I only had my pan on less than half the max... any suggestions?

I went to your website and tried the taco soup last night for dinner. My husband suggested leaving out the water and just doing it as a burrito and that is what I did and it was delicious. Added a few extra spices and a tablespoon of the new better than bouillon Chipotle which is delicious! Anyway, they were out of bounds crazy good. I’m sure I will be joining your crowd funding soon! Hi Jill, looking at your food for the day. Can you break down where you’re getting your protein for each meal.
Every single food item that is whole foods contains protein. Even f.e lettuce (1,4g/100g), blueberries (1,7g/100g) and cashews (5,2g/100g) contain protein. Beans contain a lot like f.e. Black beans (8,9g/100g). The only time you can get a protein deficiency is if you were to undereat. Worrying about protein is very very old news.
I just made this for my Chickpea Burger, and the sauce was crazy good. As my Newyorkers would say, it was bananas 🍌 B. I put some Sriracha sauce in it, and the flavor elevated. I made the 2nd one.
For dried mushrooms, reconstitute and bake, or just throw into the goulash?

How do you cook the tofu for your salads?
I slice a block into 6 slabs and bake it plain for 15 minutes on 400. Then I cut how much I want into cubes to put on my salad and leave the rest in an airtight container to use for other times.
